Outdoor Session Info
Be dressed to workout and bring a water bottle. We make it easy by supplying the equipment and the motivation to help you get results. We'll mix it up by offering one of the following types of full body workouts described below. No two workouts are quite the same!
Fitness Works Outdoor Group Workouts:
Trot & Tone Expect short bouts of light jogging, stopping to catch our breath with a muscle conditioning exercise. By the end of the session you feel amazing after having completed a full-body workout - both muscle and cardio. Don't let the jogging scare you - you CAN do this! You'll feel accomplished and invigorated!
Playground Circuit Flex & Sweat We move through a circuit of muscle conditioning and cardio drills using playground equipment and other tools provided by Fitness Works. You challenge your balance and core with compound exercises maximizing your time with this efficient workout. Get ready to feel great!
**Stroller Group We are so excited to launch this workout! Just bring your all-terrain stroller for your little one and enjoy an amazing, more gentle version of our Trot & Tone. Not only to you get a workout and spend time with your child, you get to meet other like-minded parents. We'll stop and finish near a playground so the younger generation can get their workout too! Please call or email Adrienne with any questions about this format or your stroller. (No slings or baby-carriers, please.)
